• We use publicly available property records to identify homes that may benefit from a roof inspection — based on factors like roof age, local storm activity, and property characteristics.
• We reach out to homeowners via text message to see if they'd like a free, no-obligation inspection.
• If you're interested, we connect you with a licensed, local roofing contractor who will inspect your roof at no cost to you.

There is never a cost to homeowners for any Signal IQ service.

Text messages & your choices

If you receive a text message from Signal IQ, it's because public property records suggest your home may be a good candidate for a professional roof inspection. You're always in control:

• Reply YES — We'll connect you with a licensed local roofer who will reach out to schedule your free inspection.
• Reply STOP — Opt out immediately and permanently. You'll never hear from us again.
• Ignore it — No response needed. We won't follow up endlessly.

About the contractors

Every contractor in our network is an independent, licensed roofing professional. Signal IQ is not a roofing company — we don't perform inspections, repairs, or installations. The contractor who contacts you is a local business operating independently.

That means any agreement, pricing, or work is between you and the contractor directly. We help make the introduction — that's our role.

Your privacy

We take your information seriously. Signal IQ uses publicly available property data — the same records available at your county assessor's office. We don't sell your personal information to marketers, spam lists, or anyone outside the contractor serving your area.

For roofing contractors

Signal IQ also works with roofing contractors on a paid subscription basis, providing qualified homeowner connections and SMS-powered inspection delivery. Contractors agree to the following:

• Territory exclusivity — Each territory is assigned to one contractor. We don't sell the same area to competing companies.
• Data usage — Lead data is for the contractor's own use only and may not be resold or shared with third parties.
• Compliance — Contractors are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including TCPA regulations and Do Not Call requirements.
• Payment — All fees are due as agreed upon at the time of purchase. Pricing is subject to change for future orders.

Signal IQ provides connections based on publicly available information. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of any property or contact data
• That any homeowner will respond to outreach or schedule an inspection
• The quality of work performed by any roofing contractor in our network
• Specific revenue, inspection, or conversion outcomes

Intellectual property

Limitation of liability
